Personal support throughout the entirety of your journey. My goal during the magical time of labor and birth is to be of support however that looks to you. As a Birth Companion I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I provide comfort measures, Spinning Babies Techniques, keep you focus on your mantras/affirmations, breathwork, protect your birthing space, and focus on your birth plan all while respecting your decisions. Navigating through the healthcare system, getting what you want, self advocacy, wild pregnancy support, obtaining a birth certificate & social security card for homebirth babies. Or simply hold space and witness the process unfold.

Birth Doula

• 2 one on one sessions - Focus sessions on : connecting to your power, fears, nutrition, physical comfort, bonding, intuition tuning, informed decisions, birth plan

• Birth

• Immediate postpartum care (up to 3 hours)

• 1 postpartum visit the first week (2-3 hours)

• Unlimited txt/email from hire date up to 6 weeks postpartum

• Unlimited Zoom meetings as desired during pregnancy

• 24/7 on call support at 37 weeks on

• 1 postpartum healing meal

• 1 postpartum signature BU cocoa tea

• 1 Belly Butter

• Handouts / PDFs

• Basic lactation support
