As a respected Birthkeeper, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. Birth Companion / Doula

Here for You

Personal support throughout the entirety of your journey. My goal during the magical time of labor and birth is to be of support however that looks to you. As a Birth Companion I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I provide comfort measures, Spinning Babies Techniques, keep you focus on your mantras/affirmations, breathwork, protect your birthing space, and focus on your birth plan all while respecting your decisions. Navigating through the healthcare system, getting what you want, self advocacy, wild pregnancy support, obtaining a birth certificate & social security card for homebirth babies. Or simply hold space and witness the process unfold.

  • 2 one on one sessions - Focus sessions on : connecting to your power, fears, nutrition, physical comfort, bonding, intuition tuning, informed decisions, birth plan

  • Birth

  • Immediate postpartum care (up to 3 hours)

  • 1 postpartum visit the first week (2-3 hours)

  • Unlimited txt/email from hire date up to 6 weeks postpartum

  • Unlimited Zoom meetings as desired during pregnancy

  • 24/7 on call support at 37 weeks on

  • 1 postpartum healing meal

  • 1 postpartum signature BU cocoa tea

  • 1 Belly Butter

Virtual/Hybrid Birth Support

Online Support

I offer support virtually in English and Spanish. It could be through Zoom, Google Meet, Messenger. Ideal for families over 1 hour from Murfreesboro, TN. This can be a hybrid package where we will do all meetings online and be present at the birth.


Great for unassisted births! *if you end up wanting a wise woman present (in-person), we can work out the details*

Belly/Faja Binding

Stand Alone Service

This is an Ayurveda Belly binding style it help support the organs as they move back in place. Some of the benefits of belly binding are:

​

  • Decreases excess vata it's responsible for tissue and cells healing

  • Minimize empty womb sadness

  • Helps the pelvis and hips to close

  • Feeling of stability; physical and emotional support

  • helps with muscle separation (diastasis recti)

  • helps hormones regain balance faster which then relieves anxiety and depression


You'll receive a womb sobada a hands one healing technique. Then a warming paste made from spices will be applied on the abdomen. Following with wrapping the entire torso from hips to breast line with fabric. You'll be wrap in a cocoon like form with heat focusing on womb area. It is best if the 3 sessions are done within the first 10 days. I will supply you with oil for continuous healing and wrapping until six weeks postpartum. You do not need to use oil or paste everyday but it is recommended you wrap everyday.

The entire session can take 45 minutes approximately.

My handcrafted belly and perineum butter is made with love and healing intentions in my kitchen using the double boiler method. the combination of these oils kept me stretch mark and vaginal tear free for my last two pregnancies! People love it!

Ingredients: all certified organic shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter, jojoba oil

​

Directions: Applied generous to belly until fully covered twice a day or as needed (ideally after a shower) apply residual on hands to perineum area. Can be used in other areas of the body even on your baby.
